Lemongrass Fizz

This is one of my favourite drinks I like to make during a hot weekend. I don't let the boys have fizzy drinks often so this kind of drink are considered a treat. I found this recipe in a Tarla Dalal magazine I used to subscribe to a long time ago. I didn't use mint like they did the magazine.

The lemongrass is chopped up and placed in the blender with some water and blended to a puree. Then sieved to remove the pulp and juice.

The juice is mixed with a little lime juice, sugar syrup, and Sprite. Chill and serve with loads of ice.

Recipe adapted from Lemongrass drink from Tarla Dalal Magazine.
