Maafuh Gulha ( Roasted Finger Millet Balls)

Maafuh is the flour produced by  toasting finger millet in a special way and then ground. Millet was grown widely here in the Maldives long time ago and used to make various dishes.

I love this sweet treat and it's easy to make as well. So a good one to make when you don't have time but still want to have a sweet dish on the table for iftar. Some people like to add a banana in as well but I prefer it without. It's often made for maahefun or the feast Maldivians love to have before the month of Ramadhan starts.
